Our multilingual staff will be able to assist you in learning about the Aesthetic, Makeup, and Nails programs and admission information for each. We may also be able to answer any frequently asked questions such accommodation options, application documents, payment processing and more.

 

Senniyo Aesthetics School is proud of being recognized by the Government of Canada as the Designated Institution in position to accept international students to enroll in aesthetic programs.

Steps to Apply

 

The following steps are for international students to apply.

 

  1. Choose your program
  1. Make sure you meet the admission requirements
    Senniyo Aesthetics International School’s admission requirements includes:

1.Must be a high school graduate OR mature student who reached the age of 19 years or older.
2. Language Proficiency Admission Requirement
a) Completion of 3 years of full-time secondary (Grades 8-12) in a country where English is one of the principal language of instruction. This may include successful completion of a BC Adult Graduation program. OR
b) 2 years of full-time post-secondary education have been completed in a country where English is the language of instruction. OR
c) Achievement in a recognized standardized language test/assessment at an overall level equivalent to IELTS 5.5 (academic). Senniyo Aesthetics International School recognizes the following evaluations and corresponding scores that meet the English Language requirement:
– International English Language Testing System (IELTS) Academic : Minimum overall score of 5.5
– Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) IBT : Minimum overall score of 46
– Canadian Academic English Language Assessment (CAEL) : Minimum overall score of 40
– Canadian English Language Proficiency Index Program (CELPIP) : Listening 6, Speaking 6, Reading 5, and Writing 5
– Duolingo English Test (DET) : Minimum overall score of 95
– Pearson Test of English (PTE) : Minimum overall score of 43
– Cambridge English Qualifications:B2 First exam (FCE) : Minimum overall score of 160 or “C”
– Cambridge Linguaskill : Minimum overall B2 level
– LANGUAGECERT Academic : Minimum overall B2 level
– The Michigan English Test (MET) : Minimum overall B2 level
– iTEP Academic : Minimum overall score of 3.5
– EIKEN : Minimum placement of Grade Pre-1
3. Submission of Doctor’s note to prove good health and normal hand and eye condition.

  1. Begin your application
    Print and fill out the application from our school website. Follow the instructions on the application form.
  2. Submit application
    Submit your application and related documents. Pay the registration fee for $300 CAD plus applicable taxes (5% Goods And Services Taxes)
  1. Wait for announcement
    After reviewing your application and should you passed our English Proficiency Assessment Test, Senniyo Aesthetics International School will confirm you, if you have been conditionally accepted into our program.
  2. If you are accepted, please pay 10% of tuition fee by wire payment to school bank account as per our invoice before the deadline.
  1. Receive official letter of acceptance
    After Senniyo Aesthetics International School has received your registration fee and 10% of tuition fee, we will send you an official letter of acceptance for you to apply for a study permit.
  2. Apply for study permit
    Please visit the Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) website at (http://www.cic.gc.ca/English/study/index.asp) to find out the nearest Visa Application Centre in your country to apply study permit and inform the school when your study permit is approved or rejected. If your study permit is approved, please pay the balance of tuition fee and miscellaneous fee to Senniyo School at latest one month before the program begins. If your study permit is rejected, Senniyo Aesthetics International School will refund back the paid tuition fee after deducted C $200 plus applicable taxes within 1 month.
  1. Arrival in Canada
    Students are required to arrive in Canada before the program start date and contacting school to arrange enrollment procedures.
