Withdraw & Refund Policy

Withdraw Policy:

If a student decides to withdraw from a program, he/she must provide a dated, written, notice of withdrawal to the School Administrator.  Refunds are calculated according to Senniyo Aesthetics International School of Canada Inc.’s Refund Policy and the date on which the written notice of withdrawal is received will be used to determine any refund owing.

An international student delivers a copy of a refusal of a study permit to school apply as if the copy of the refusal were a notice of withdrawal.  This does not apply if an international student requests an additional letter of acceptance for the same program of instruction that was the subject of the refusal of a study permit.

Procedure :

  • A written notice of withdrawal must send to the School Administrator and the student’s signature is required on the written notice of withdrawal.
  • The written notice of withdrawal may be delivered in any manner provided that a receipt or other verification is available that indicates the date on which the notice is delivered.
  • The notice of withdrawal is deemed to be effective from the date it is delivered.
  • To determine the qualification for a refund and the amount to be refunded, please see Senniyo Aesthetics International School of Canada Inc’s Refund Policy.
  • When a student withdraws from a program after receiving technical Equipment from the institution free of charge :
    1. The student must return the equipment unopened or as issued within 14 calendar days; and
    2. If the student fails to return the equipment as set out above, the institution may deduct the reasonable cost of equipment from any amount to be refunded to the student.
  • International Student – (a) Withdrawal and refund policy is same as for domestic student in the same program. (b) For international student to withdraw, a copy of student permits either approved or refusal must be sent to school for record. (c) If a student’s student permit application is successful but student refuses to start the program and apply withdraw. An administrative fee of C$1500 will be charged from the refund amount. (d) If a student’s student permit application is refused by IRCC and decided to apply withdraw.  An administrative fee of C$1,500 will be charged from refund amount.
